Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The tram to downtown was just a short walk.

Noise from nearby streets was disruptive, and the bathroom layout felt cramped and awkward, detracting from comfort.

Location: the hotel was really close to local train station into main town and tram, free parking, Wyndham standard rooms, tasty breakfast and safe surroundings. Good service, although a few employees were awful.

Ain't nothin' like checkin' in easy when you beat the rush and get that early room. I was tired, but they hooked me up right away and I got dope hot water in the shower, real fast. Bed was comfy too, but coulda used a lil more room in the toilet situation. The tricks on how to work the AC had me crackin' up, fr.

Positive, Great location near the airport. My room was super clean and super comfortable. The bar had generous pours on welcome drinks. Easy check-in and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful family reunion here, especially enjoying the lovely breakfast spread. The kids loved the easy access to the nearby tram. The staff was attentive and accommodating!

My kids wished for more fun activities to keep them busy.

Amazing place with free wi-fi, complimentary parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff was very helpful with transport on my first stay. I always enjoy returning for a weekend.

I really enjoyed how the staff was so friendly and helpful. They even hooked me up with a cube to sit on while I worked, even tho I wished for a chair.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable when you consider the soft beds.

The bed felt cozy and provided a good rest-it didn't hurt to have a fresh, clean room waiting for me. The hotel was quite recent, so everything looked modern and well-kept. The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, with options like eggs, bacon, and pastries that fueled my mornings well. The front desk made my early morning taxi bookings easy by arranging them for me without fuss. I appreciated having help figuring out quick routes to nearby attractions. I did notice some concerns. The hotel felt a bit far from the city center, which required a taxi ride that could add up. My air-conditioning unit struggled a bit during the hot days, and it took a few calls to get it sorted. Some little things like the shower could use more attention to drainage to keep it from getting too messy after use.
